Shipping policy

We use USPS Priority Mail. Orders will typically arrive within 3-5 days on orders placed before 11am MST Mon-Fri. Please note that due to weight limitations and delivery address restrictions for USPS, very small or very large orders may be shipped via First-Class Mail or UPS at our discretion. This will not affect transit time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We currently only ship internationally to Canada. Orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. We have partnered with iHerb, who has international shipping capabilities.

Please note: Due to international import laws, some countries do not allow food products, teas, or medicinal substances across borders.

Unfortunately, once a package leaves the United States, we are not always able to guarantee that it will be allowed through customs or that an import fee may be charged to you upon arrival and WishGarden Herbs is not liable for rejected packages or any unforeseen import fees.

Please verify with your local government or postal provider that medical products can be legally imported into your country and inquire about any possible import fees.
