This soothing herbal tea combines echinacea, elderberries, ginger, and peppermint for a delicious immune-boosting brew. Perfect for chilly days or whenever your immune system needs a boost, this tea is easy to prepare and naturally comforting.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried echinacea root or flowers
- 1 teaspoon dried elderberries
