Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried white willow bark
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced (or 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger)
- 1 cup boiling water
- Optional: honey or lemon for added flavor
Directions
- Add the white willow bark and ginger to boiling water. Let it simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into your favorite mug, removing the bark and ginger pieces.
- Stir in honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
