Adrenal Nourish Tea Recipe
Written by Rebecca Younger, CH, CDShare
A cozy, mineral-rich tea to help replenish your nervous system and support adrenal health. Perfect for daily sipping when life feels like... a lot. This deeply nourishing herbal blend is crafted specifically for those moments when your nervous system needs extra support and your adrenals are crying out for restoration after periods of stress, overwhelm, or burnout.
The combination of milky oats and oat straw creates a profoundly nourishing base that works to rebuild and strengthen frayed nerves over time—milky oats are harvested at their peak nutritional moment when the seed releases a milky substance, providing concentrated nervous system support, while oat straw delivers a treasure trove of bioavailable minerals including calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins that are often depleted during times of stress.
Mineral-dense nettle leaf adds gentle, sustained energy without the jitters of caffeine, while holy basil works as a powerful adaptogen to help your body find its natural balance and respond more gracefully to daily stressors.
The optional lemon balm contributes additional calming properties that help quiet an overactive mind, while fresh ginger can warm the blend and support digestion when stress has affected your gut.
This therapeutic tea is designed for regular, long-term use—the kind of daily ritual that becomes a cornerstone of self-care, providing both immediate comfort and cumulative healing benefits that help restore your resilience from the inside out.
