Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds

½ cup pumpkin seeds (rich in zinc and magnesium)

½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher cacao)
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 8-10 dates)
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (for omega-3s)
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse almonds and pumpkin seeds until coarsely ground
- Add dates and process until well combined
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixture sticks together when pressed
- Roll into 1-inch balls
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
