Two plants have deeply shaped my path: Ponderosa Pine and Yarrow. Growing up in Northern Arizona, I found comfort and grounding beneath the towering Ponderosa Pines, which felt like old, wise companions. Years later in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Yarrow drew me into herbalism. I began making simple infused oils with wild-harvested yarrow, guided by intuition and curiosity. That experience led me to study at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, where I deepened my connection to regional plants and traditional herbal practice.
It’s hard to choose just one, but Kick-Ass Immune is a favorite. With herbs like Yarrow, Yerba Santa Leaf, Lovage Root, and cultivated Osha Root, it’s one I reach for often at the first sign of throat or immune discomfort. It’s effective, comforting, and has a wonderfully warming flavor.
