Ingredients
- 2 parts Red Raspberry Leaf (uterine tonic, mineral-rich base)
- 1 part Nettle Leaf (adrenal and mineral support)
- 1 part Roasted Dandelion Root (liver support, coffee-like flavor)
- 1/2 part Cinnamon Chips (warming and circulatory support)
- 1/4 part Orange Peel (digestive support, bright citrus flavor)
Equipment
- Glass jar (for storing the blend)
- Tea infuser, tea bag, or French press
- Your favorite mug
Directions
- Mix all herbs in a glass jar and shake to combine.
